? Mapping Business Requirements.
? Developing functional and technical specifications.
? Integrating with other modules.
? Conducting Post Implementation Support and providing training to end users.

FUNCTIONAL
IT Infrastructure
? Planning, designing, setting up and managing IT Infrastructure activities entailing installation of servers, networking devices, communication/ messaging devises and other peripherals.
? Formulating IT Budgets and ensuring that IT-related activities are executed within budgetary parameters.
? Recommending changes for improvement and adhering to the guidelines.
? Relationship management with vendors for any requirements and negotiating terms and conditions for purchase of IT equipments and software.
? Ascertaining IT infrastructure requirements in terms of hardware and software and meeting these requirements through cost-effective vendors.
? Negotiating Service Level Agreements and ensuring service delivery as per the agreement within specified time, cost and quality parameters.

Database Administration
? Designing physical database & creating. Devising strategy for backups, recovery & fine-tuning.
? Handling data acquisition, creating database applications, maintaining databases/ server space with source code, sending e-campaigns. Setting up and maintaining documentation and standards

Systems Administration/ Networking Operations
? Installing various servers and establishing network services.
? Maintaining the server administration. Handling the network infrastructure LAN/ WAN, installation, migration & configuration of network client workstations.
? Addressing performance bottlenecks & ensuring maximum network uptime.
? Assisting in the design & implementation of the network troubleshooting.
? Suggesting improvements in the operations and processes to make the system foolproof.
