Job Deion TO ENSURE PROPER WARRANTY CLAIM AFTER SALES WITH SATISFACTION.

Analyzing and making decision on warranty claim process.

Making Quality improvement correspondence with technical details.

Handling all branches warranty claims.

Maintaining all the records of claims.

Maintaining all records of warranty defective parts.

Dispatching all defective parts to automobile company.

Maintaining all reports of warranty claims with daily & monthly MIS.

Follow up for warranty credits.

--To help dealership conduct service/spares parts promotional activities and regularly impart technical knowledge to dealer sales staff.

--To closely monitor and report timely all developments taking place in the market related to Automobile competition.

--To help dealership establish an effective efficient and well-managed workshop.

Monitor delivery and performance of site services by technicians provide support for resolution of issues monitor parts availability and warranty claims IN ORDER TO ensure delivery as per standard at the site.

Review performance of technicians approve their leave IN ORDER TO manage resources to ensure delivery of service to the customer.

Maintain billing for parts and service delivered other than parts supply agreements monitor and collect accounts receivables for all parts and services delivered in the region IN ORDER TO ensure timely billings and collections.
