Responsibilities:

* Legal and contractual support to the business / support functions.
* Negotiation structuring and documentation of contracts and transactions.
* Build relationship co-ordinate and deal with external legal counsels.
* Conduct legal audits of various functions to ensure compliance with the policies and procedures

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in Law.
* At least 6 - 7 years of relevant experience.
* Must have good exposure in handling various corporate legal issues by working in a corporate office.
* Must be familiar with reviewing/negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
* Good knowledge of Indian laws commercial laws.
* Good exposure in drafting and vetting clients and vendors / service providers contracts which includes legal documentation in consultation with the related functions.
* Excellent interpersonal good written and oral English communication skills.
* Good team spirit able to work independently and ability to deliver jobs within tight schedule.
* Must be good in PC Skills
