Candidate should be any Graduate (B.Sc. / B.Com) / Diploma in Engineering having 5 to 10 years of experience as Packing Plant Supervisor or Packing Plant Shift Incharge in Cement Industry. Should have experience in a Large Cement Manufacturing Company. Working experience in Packing Plant of Cement Industry. Must have excellent communication skill, computer skills basic knowledge of Labour Law for Labour handling, Knowledge of Weight & Measurement, basic Knowledge of traffic rules, Excise, awareness of ISO - 9001, 14001 and OH&S activities.
