Job Vacancy - The Role Machinery Engineer .





Jiad-Alqassim United group Of Com Ltd has a broad and extensive offering of products and solutions for the food industry .

Analyzes diagnoses and solves significant Machinery issues recommends solutions and ensures implementation.

Monitor plant performance and trips with a view to maximizing production and influencing a continuous improvement culture.

Develops and maintains Machinery Reliability Management Systems and practices consistent with applicable international standards.

Provides recommendations on the use of new technologies and condition monitoring techniques for proactive and innovative solutions to plant problems.

Provides technical support for plant Machinery Engineers.

Reports regularly on the effectiveness of the Machinery Programs and other Management Systems. Line reporting is to Head of Performance and Reliability.

Carries out technical review of all Plant Modifications and interface with Major Projects.

Ensures integration of Machinery solutions and best practices across all Departments and shared learning within the our Group.

Leads in integrating the HSE management systems with the Machinery programs.

Participate in management technical reviews meetings to inform management of significant reliability trends.

Provides technical guidance to Engineering Production HSE&I Personnel and Training and Procurement on Machinery issues.

Ensures that personnel comply with applicable standards regulations specifications and documented Machinery systems and procedures.

Requirements



Experience and skills required:

. Graduate in mechanical Engineering from a recognized University
. Minimum 3 years experience in Operating engineering projects & maintenance functions of Co-generation Plants
. Conversant with Process Industry Practices
. Knowledge of Electrical Power systems PLC UPS DC systems and Electrical Control Systems
. Knowledge on Variable Speed drives
. Ability to lead medium and large Electrical Projects
. To review and comment on specifications and drawings relating to the project activities
. To develop procedures and work methodology for executing Electrical Control systems Electrical SCADA implementation together with Instrumentation and Electrical Syste
