Responsible for Account payable, bills processing, excise, VAT, transportation, sales, vendor payments etc...
Responsible for all type of employee re-imbursement.
To ensure that Bank reconciliations are completed & are verified on a timely basis.
To ensure that Vendor Liabilities are settled on timely basis and that reconciliations are done at least twice a year.
To ensure that till takings are banked daily without delay and adequate controls exist to prevent any frauds &/or inaccuracies.
To manage the Inflows and Outflows in the various bank account of the company.
To target an effective savings in finance costs by ensuring that idle funds are not left in the banks•
To hedge the Foreign currency exposures with appropriate hedging strategies•
Responsible for MIS, Costing & Budgeting.
Responsible for bank reconciliation & cash management.
Responsible for Taxation and all type of related statutory compliances.
Responsible for fixed asset accounting, capitalization, & miscellaneous activities.
Account payable process design and implementation experience.
High-energy self-starter qualities with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage implementation of recommendations and track progress against identified objectives with clearly articulated timelines.
Experience in working within fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural business environment.
Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent computer skills, Microsoft dynamics (preferable ) or any ERP or BAAN
The candidate should have excellent knowledge on ACCOUNT payable, sales tax, sales tax, TDS.
Candidate should have about 10- 15 yrs of experience

-Experienced FINANCE Professional – CA with not less than 10 years experience.
- Experience in managing a team of accounting staff.
- RICE INDUSTRY experience.
- Highly control oriented, with the ability to implement systems & procedures.
- Organizing, Administration and Analytical skills.
- Strong conflict management / problem solving skills• - Ability to work proactively, independently and also co-ordinate cross functional efforts.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent Skills in MS-Excel
