Job Overview

We are looking out for a Technical Writer based at our Goa office who is excited about being a part of live-wire team of talented and committed professionals.



Responsibilities

* Responsible for maintenance of ZEDO user manuals technical spec documents whitepapers and canned email templates for technical support queries
* Participates in team tasks including editing for other projects
* Participates as a part of the product team through team meetings product reviews and design discussions
* Interact with Sales Marketing and Implementation teams to ensure customers are receiving the training resources that they need
* Improve and maintain existing product documentation and iterate rapidly based on customer feedback and suggestions



Critical Skills

* Solid interviewing and information gathering skills. Must be well organized with superior writing editing research project management communication (both oral and written) problem solving and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills strong attention to detail and strong information gathering skills are required.
* Ability to work at all levels of documentation development from initial research with engineers to editing final drafts is also a must.
