Responsibilities
· Liasoning with Local Government Authorities Financial Institutes & Banks
· Handling issues of Registration Stamp Duty Adjudication of documents
· Independently Drafting Agreement for Sale Sale Deed License Agreement Lease Deed Memorandum of Understanding Affidavits and Conveyance Deed etc.
· Coordinating between Land owners and the Developers in buying and selling of plots on behalf of the company
