Job Deion DGM ( Commercial and Legal) Business Development – planning for new markets and new customers International marketing – sourcing buyers/sellers price negotiations signing contracts CHAs surveyors LC draft finalizing opening and necessary correspondence with buyers and sellers such as planning appointing transporters movement of goods either by road or rail ensuring safe delivery of goods at destination storage facilities insurance etc DGFT-Customs- Excise Sales tax - banking works and record maintenance arranging licenses renewals permits other issues with govt departments payments to surveyors CHAs ports transporters and accounts maintenance. Ensuring each contract with surveyors CHAs ports transporters are supported with specific contracts Domestic sales – identifying customers- price negotiation- delivery schedules-payments logistics arrangements such as planning appointing transporters movement of goods either by road or rail ensuring safe delivery of goods at destination storage facilities insurance etc Trading activities – online trading – sugar online trading commodity futures Forex trading etc General activities pertaining to SISMA ISMA FAPPCI etc. and activities involved by Managing Director on his personal interests observations on international prices observations on new notifications circulars etc. issued by Govt departments on day to day basis.
