Job Profile:
• Servicing a group of key clients with the help of Account executives under the direction of Regional Manager
• Providing customized & relevant solutions to clients assigned
• Providing direction & support to Account Executives to service the account to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability.
• Oversees policies and procedures to ensure on-time delivery.
• Supervises and trains Account Executives & Management
Trainees.
• Assisting the Senior management in developing new business
• Competition analysis and market knowledge
• Managing & nurturing client and vendor relationships
• Training & mentoring of sub ordinates
