On of the Company in Jiddah Kingdome of Soudi Arabia required Accountant. Only Passport Holder may Apply please. Candidate Must have Knowledge of Following. Accounts Functions :- 1. Creation modification of Vendor Customers’ Master. 2. Creation of Accounts Payable. 3. Creation of Accounts Receivables. 4. Maintaining Exchange Rate
in SAP. 5. Maintenance of Settlement Rules (transfer of Expenses to WIP). 6. Execute & Reverse Settlement. 7. Display & change Line Items for G/L Accounts. 8. Display & Change Line Items for Vendor Accounts. 9. Display & Change Line Items for Customers Accounts. 10. Clearing of Employees Imprest Accounts (the Open Items). 11. Reversal & resetting of Cleared Document. Finance Functions :- 1. Creation of Receipt documents for Cash & Notes (viz – bills receivables bills of exchange etc). 2. Encashment of Notes receivables. 3. Making Payment in INR & USD (or other foreign currencies). 4. Maintenance of Blank cheques Number. 5. Maintaining Manual cheques in SAP. 6. Online Encashment of Issued cheques in SAP. 7. Display of Cheque information in SAP. 8. Maintenance of cheque register in SAP. 9. Void issued cheque. 10. Delete manual cheque. 11. Delete voided cheque. 12. Reset cashing cheque data. 13. Void unused/unissued/cancelled cheque in SAP.
