ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER Job Overview ZEDO Inc, is inviting a smart, dynamic individual to join our fast growing team in India. We are looking for an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER. Responsibilities • Invoicing. • Communication with clients. • Ensuring collections. • Mailing client accounts. • Credit Management • Writing reports, keeping records and receivable details; • Arranging conference with the clients. • Collection and receivable report for submission to Management. • Able to use accounting software for billing. • Good knowledge of converting Indian rupees into USD for spreadsheet purposes • Position will be required to generate billing reports for each India client so that a corresponding invoice can be generated by the accounting software, printed out and send to each India client each month. • Maintain the client files with copies of each invoice generated and a copies of payments • Managing the aging of accounts and reports on aging • Calling clients regarding payments of outstanding invoices • This position will report to the CEO of the company Skill Sets • Sound understanding of commercial practice • Strong and flexible communication skills. • Ability to think commercially and strategically. • Willingness to accept accountability. Qualification & Experience • The candidate should have an accounting degree in either C.A. / M.Com / B.Com with 5+ years of relevant working experience • Should have experience in Invoicing and Accounts receivable. • Experience in dealing with foreign companies or foreign offices of the same company About ZEDO: ZEDO Inc, is a US-based online ad serving solutions provider catering to advertisers and publishers across the globe.
