Job Description for back office Admin Assistant at VJ Technologies in Bangalore:-
1) He should be a BA / B.Com Graduate, having 3 to 5 years of work experience.
2) Must be willing to work in shifts.
3) The incumbent will be responsible for supporting supervisor in managing the entire gamut of general administration functions.
4) Should have strong communication & co-ordination skills.
5) Email and correspondence with good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel / Power Point/ Word).
6) Communicate with vendors / customers.
