Admission Counselors (12 positions) for
Sector-63, Noida-based company

Designation: Admission Counselors

Salary: Rs. 8,000 – Rs. 12,000 per month + incentives + bonus

Working hours: Fixed day shifts 9:30 AM to 06:00 PM; Monday-Saturday

Hiring zone: Ghaziabad, Indirapuram, Vijaynagar, Noida, South Delhi, East Delhi

Qualifications: Graduates are preferred. Undergraduates who have good communication skills will also be hired.
Five positions are for 06 months – 02 years experienced candidates.
Five positions are for freshers.

Job Description
: Acons is on the lookout for Admission Counselors for one of its leading clients. For this, we are looking for someone from a Tele Sales/Corporate sales background with excellent communication and inter personal skills and most importantly ability to learn and grow.

Desired Profile:
• Should have 0-2 year’s leads generating experience with a track record of achieving targets on time.
• A go-getter with aggression and desire to achieve.
• Smart personality with fluency in English.
• Strong convincing skills and very analytical in approach.
• Contagious can-do attitude and self-sufficient work style.

KRA’s:
• New Client acquisition.
• Self prospecting of clients and probing to understand their needs and pitch the right product.
• Follow-up with client with proper documentation of correspondence & transactions.
• Ensure that the promised delivery happens.
• Daily/weekly/monthly MIS reporting to head.
• Work closely with the delivery team
• Work as a team and adhere to the work protocol
