ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
•Graduation / Post graduation in Advertising, Marketing, Business / Management, Communications. MBA in Marketing/ Advertising.
•3+ yrs of experience in Sales and Marketing (Advertising). Candidates with Advertising background will be preferred. Having 3-4 years of experience in Advertising/ Outdoor/ Media/ Electronic Media/ Newspaper Ads etc.
•Sales and Marketing includes knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, marketing and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and principles of marketing.
Gender – Male
Age – 20 to 40

JOB PROFILE:

Marketing executives are involved in aspects of marketing, including: planning; advertising; promotion; public/media relations; product development; distribution; sponsorship; and research. The role is often challenging, varied and exciting. Marketing executives may also be known as marketing assistants or coordinators.
•Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm.
•Contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies.
•Plan and administer the firm’s Marketing Operations budget.
Support development of regional marketing budgets.
•Advertising/ Marketing executives work closely with their clients throughout campaigns, managing administrative and organizational work, and ensuring that this is completed on time and on budget. Manage and track the expenses for each event. Ensure budget is managed properly.
•Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts.
•Explore new advertising markets, and propose products to serve them.
•Managing the production of all marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, catalouges, brochures and flyers etc - this can involve writing and proofreading copy and coordinating with designers and printers; To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
•Coordinating with customers, suppliers, service providers and media etc.
•Work with the in-house designer to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines.
•Write copy for each product, reflecting key messages, features and benefits.
•Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers in order to sell new advertising programs, and to protect and increase existing advertising.
•Responsible for creating brand image by arranging seminar, workshop, events and any other indoor / outdoor corporate activities.
•Visit to the clients' locations involving product presentations of the company and sales.
•Developing advertising opportunities, which can involve placing advertisements in national, regional and specialist publications or on the radio (depending on the organisation and the campaign) and thereafter Booking orders.
