Designation : Associate (Customer Support )

Job Description : International, Inbound Voice Process. (Receiving calls of international customers and solving out their queries regarding the process hired for).

Job Location : Kolkata

Work Timings : 6days a week, 9 ½ hours a shift including an hour break, 24/7 shifts, flexible with night shifts(Split roster Off-1days).

Salary Structure :
• Rs. 6000 pm – 6500 p.m. + incentive.

Eligibility Criteria :
1. Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
2. Should have minimum BPO experience of 3 months
3. Age between 18-35years.
4. Comfortable working in 24/7 environment, night shifts (Home pick & drop provided).
5. HSC Pass/ Undergraduates (students pursuing regular college not eligible)/ Any Graduate(BE / Btech /MCA / MBA are not eligible ).


Process of Interview :
1. Personal Introduction & HR Round(checks the basic communication skills)
2. Operations Round.

• 2 Resume
• 1 Passport size photos
• Photo Id Proof & address proof (original & Xerox)
• 2 Reference numbers.
