Candidate Profile: -

The work will cover areas such as selling the services being offered by the Company. Selling should be your signature statement. Maintaining relationship with clients and working on the business leads provided, client interaction, follow up with clients.

Core Skills:

As a SM you will be required to identify potential clients, manage existing account/customer relationships. Working on the leads generated & qualifying the accounts based on the Sales strategies. Understanding the requirements of the clients & positioning an appropriate solution.


Communicating with the clients and setting their Expectations at the right level.


Welcome customers and take ownership for their needs.

Ability to handle corporate presentations, documents, proposals, and managing the expectations of the customers with development team to create solutions

Capable of managing strong follow up with prospective customers, inquiries, closing deals & signing of Service level agreements.

Analyze market trends, industry drivers, customer needs and competitive offerings.


Result oriented candidate with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside the organization should be presentable & excellent communication skills is essential.


Work as part of a team and contribute to their success and minimize risk by following procedures.


Ability to manage the relationship at various levels in the clients.

Driving the Sales revenues & achieving Sales targets set by the Management


Control and achieve prescribed sales budget.


Resolve/Coordinate customer complaints effectively


Act as an intermediary between the Development team & the Sales team.


Follow up with customers on sales collections


BASIC COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE IS MUST & should be a stable candidate.


Although this position is, open to all Graduates having experience in sales and marketing of Service Solutions/industry in IT a firm. A postgraduate qualification in Business / Marketing management, while not essential, could be useful.


Business awareness skills are actively sought. In addition, potential candidates will need to show evidence of the following if not all, more the better:

Good organizational skills and the ability to understand detailed information.

Basic IT and numeric skills.

Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.

A proven track record of 'making a difference'.
