Position : Assistant General Manager (Finance) & Company Secretary

* Ideal candidate should have been involved in taking a company through the IPO process.
* Must have handled some accounting / general finance responsibilities.
* Must be very thorough in SEBI requirements (the listing agreement clauses etc).
* Preparation of Annual Report.
* Preparation & maintenance of Statutory Registers as per Company Law and SEBI Compliance issues after listing.
* Pre & Post work relating to arranging General/Board/Committee meetings Drafting of Board meeting minutes Audit Committee Meeting minutes AGM notice & Directors Report.
* Filing of forms electronically with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Candidate must be ACS having 5 years of experience in a publicly listed company with excellent communication skills.
2. Candidate should be a qualified Company Secretary with experience in secretarial and liasioning work preferably with IT / BPO Company.
3. The applicant should have the ability to withstand pressure
