As required by you, please find mentioned below the specifications that are mandatory for sourcing candidates for WBPO Solutions Ltd.

Age Limit: 18 - 55 years

Minimum educational qualification: HSC + 3 years Diploma passed / Graduates / Graduate appeared / Any 15 yrs of education.(Regular college students are not eligible to apply for a job with WBPO).

Living within our transport boundaries as under:
Central line - CST to Thane
Western Line - Churchgate to Mira Road
Harbour line - CST to Belapur

Willing to work in all night shifts

Excellent command over English

Basic Computer and Internet knowledge.

We provide 24 hrs home drop & 20 hrs home pick ups post training.
You can ask your candidates to walk in at 10 am / 12 pm & 3 pm at WBPO - Powai >(Mon - Sat).

We have technical as well as non-technical processes.
Hardware / Internet - ISP connectivity / Financial – Credit cards / Reservations & Ticketing – Airlines / Gas Process).

All our processes are Voice based / Inbound / mostly U.S. / Involves shifts.
