Designation : Associate (Customer Support & Technical support)

Job Description : International, Inbound Voice Process. (Receiving calls of international customers and solving out their queries regarding the process hired for).

Job Location : Kolkata

Work Timings : 5days a week, 24/7 shifts, predominantly night shifts( Off-2days).

Salary Structure :
• Rs. 80,000 p.a – 1.6Lakhs p.a. + night allowance Rs. 1500-2500.
• Along with the basic salary the employees will get performance based incentives after the process training of 3months from joining.
• Outstation candidates will also get 7 days free accommodation on joining with complimentary breakfast.

Eligibility Criteria :
1. Excellent communication in English.
2. Age between 18-40years.
3. Comfortable working in 24/7 environment, night shifts (Home pick & drop provided).
4. HSC Pass/ Undergraduates/Any Graduate/ BE / Btech /Diploma Holder.

(MBA are not eligible ). (students pursuing regular college not eligible)
5. Basic knowledge in computers.

Process of Interview :
1. Personal Introduction & HR Round(checks the basic communication skills, stability issue of the candidate)
2. Voice & Accent (Telephonic Interview- checks the communication in depth & the thought process of the candidate)
3. Technical test .

Documents Required on the day of interview :

• 2 Resume
• 2 Passport size photos
• Photo Id Proof & address proof (original & Xerox)
• 2 Reference numbers.
• Marksheets(class 10/12/graduation/postgraduate) original & Xerox copies
• Experience documents – original & xerox
