Job Overview

Responsibilities
• Handle incoming support cases via chat/email/phone.
• Interaction with customers
• Provide 1st level response to all incoming support cases, resolving less complicated cases, organizing details for more complex cases that require escalation to a Sr. CSR & providing quality, timely updates to customers.
• Collect & organize enhancement requests to initiate the development of new features.
Skills Required ¬¬
• Should have at least 6 months of experience in International Call Centre Exp
• Should have strong analytical and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, with strong vocabulary, sentence construction, reading comprehension and grammar.
• Strong working knowledge of computers with ability to multi-task
• Ability to make decisions and develop confidence to recognize and escalate situations as deemed necessary.
