GlobalStep provides functionality and standards testing for publishers and developers in Europe and the U.S., on Consoles, PC, MMOG and Mobile platforms. We are licensed testers for Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, Sony PSP, PS2 and PS3 and do Windows for game testing as per Microsoft Standards. Our clients include publishers and developers in both Europe and the U.S. We are at current strength of 90 + professionals in Pune, India, with plans to add another 100 game testing professionals to our team in Pune before the year end. To know more about us, Kindly visit our website www.globalstepgames.com This position will be responsible for managing financial, accounting and administration functions of GlobalStep India. EXPERIENCE: 5 + years. Preferably in the IT/ ITES industry. Essential Skills:  Must have handled a team of finance & admin personnel.  Take a lead role in budgeting, forecasting and strategic initiatives.  Must have extensive experience in Expense Statement & Tax Structure.  Should have handled Custom Bonding, Licencing, Hiring vendors etc.  Must have handled client billings and collections.  Should know how to liaison with PF, ESI and other government bodies.  Must know how to build financial forecasting models.  Should have a good understanding of Payroll Process.  Should prior have experience in working with a STPI Registered Unit.  Must have very strong knowledge of Tally & Excel. • Proficiency in Verbal and Written English  Is open to flexible work timings. (Must be open to working late nights & weekends when necessary). Preferred Skills: • Knowledge on QuickBooks. • Constantly reviews results, identifying and prioritizing improvements opportunities. • Uses high-level domain expertise to add proactive values. • Demonstrates analytical insight and creative solutions. • Plans, manages and implements to agreed timescales, targets and costs. Responsibilities:  Managing Expenses & Calculation of Profits.  Handle client billings and collections.  Preparation of Budgets
, Monthly Statements etc.  Provide timely and accurate financial and management reporting.  Payroll process.  Tax with holding & Deposits. Management of TDS deduction & Return.  Liaison with vendors, handle Quotation, Proper evaluation of purchases.  STPI Registered Unit related regulations & documentation.  Handle a team of finance & admin personnel.
