Job involves : - Handle the reception / Board.
- Handle visitors with efficiency and courtesy.
- Coordinate meetings conferences maintain a log of couriers and business magazines.
- Carry out day to day back office administration jobs in the office.
- Maintaining Inward & Outward register.
- Any other duties as required from time to time.
