Candidate Profile:

The candidate should:

1. Have at least 2-3 years experience in designing for eLearning projects
using

a. Flash (Advance)

b. Photoshop (Intermediate/Advance)

c. SoundForge (Intermediate)

d. HTML (Intermediate)

e. XML (Basic)

2. Have experience in GUI design

3. Have excellent visualization skills

4. Have experience in leading Graphics teams of 4 to 8 people
