We have the requirement with one of our client for the position of TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE.

DELL Process (Technical Support Executive): 50 Joinees
Education: -
Any Bachelor's degree.
Undergraduates should have a minimum work experience of Zero to 12 months.
Potential candidates should not have Backlog exams in graduation.
Note: BE/BTech less than 60% are eligible, candidates with more than 60% in BE/BTech should have atleast 1 yr experience with International Call Center.

Desirable:
- Call center experience is preferable.
- Inclination towards sales
- Listening skills and effective questioning skills
- Ability to build rapport with the customers
- Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors.
- Accurate data capture and data entry
- Complaint and objection handling
- Ability to maintain telephonic skills/decorum at all times
- Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
- Ability to work individually and within the team
Tech knowledge:
- Should have worked on Windows Operating Systems (98, 2000, XP). Experience on windows vista is a plus.
- Should have some experience/idea about installing or uninstalling software/programs in Windows (Just MS Office knowledge is not sufficient)
- Should have basic computer hardware knowledge (understand connections, communication ports, cables, connectors etc)
- Should understand basic terms and definitions like RAM, memory capacity, minimum system requirements, device drivers, data transfer etc
- Should be aware of new technology - wireless, blue tooth, network, anitivirus, spyware etc (In depth knowledge not expected)
Language Skills:
- Neutral accent. Strong MTI is not trainable. (Few pronunciation errors that do not affect comprehension are acceptable).
- Grammar / Sentence Structure should be good. (Few pronunciation errors that do not affect comprehension are acceptable).
- Fluency while communicating is necessary.
- Comprehension is important. (Ability to read and comprehend information)
We are looking at people ready to move into Process Training post recruitment. We need to keep a high bar for the Comm & Soft skills especially.
Technical Support Executive (High-end Tech Process)
• 0 to 6 months experience 11624 + 1000( Attendance Incentives) +2300 (Productivity bonus) = 14924 (Int. Call Center Experience)
• 6 to 12 months experience 12512 + 1000( Attendance Incentives) +2300 (Productivity bonus) = 15812 (Int. Call Center Experience)
• 12 to 15 months experience 14012 + 1000( Attendance Incentives) +2300 (Productivity bonus) = 17312 (Int. Call Center Experience)
• 15 + experience 14862 + 1000( Attendance Incentives) +2300 (Productivity bonus) = 18162 (Int. Call Center Experience)
Productivity linked bonus:
Productivity linked bonus includes Performance Incentive and Attendance Incentive. The eligibility criteria are discussed below:
• Performance incentive - Performance incentive is paid to employee once they start taking calls (i.e. after completion of the training). 0 to maximum of 2300 (for technical support)
• Attendance incentive - The candidate is eligible for attendance incentive upon completion of a complete payroll month. Payroll is calculated from 21st of the previous month to 20th of the current month. The minimum incentive is 0 and the maximum is 1000.
Welfare Benefits:
Transport and Food: The candidate selected would enjoy free food and transport would be charged at a nominal rate of Rs. 25/- per trip.
Medical Insurance: The Policy covers expenses incurred by the employee on hospitalization due to any illness, disease or accident, of self, spouse and maximum two children.
Growth Prospects: Sitel encourages internal movements to higher positions through internal job postings. The employee is eligible to apply through internal job postings after completion of 9 months on the floor. The person can apply for any position as long as the employee meets the criteria mentioned in the internal job postings.
