1. Improve HR Service Delivery through detailed process analysis for identification of problem and solution designing.

2. Undertake process improvements and reengineering projects.

3. Attrition Analysis, Performance Metrics Articulation & reporting, HR Process level analysis.

4. Process outsourcing â?? design Solutions, Manage smooth transitions & monitor process till it is steady state.

5. Other HR Projects based on business needs.
