Maintain Diary
Coordination between all the departments in the company.
Taking dictation.
Letter drafting.
Attending calls-Making calls-Fixing Appointments
Attending Meetings
Attendance Record.
Maintaining the office Environment
Receiving the Guests and make them comfortable in office
Maintain Stationary Record/Register.
Receiving mails and distribute them to the concerned associates.
Prepare Itenary.
File Management.
Any other activity related to business of the company
Desired Profile
Must have knowledge of Ms office, Excel sheet, PowerPoint
Good Speed in Shorthand in English, Typing, Taking Dictation
Database Maintenance
Able to handle daily correspondence independently
Must have knowledge of complete File Management
Routine office work on Internet
Graduate with any Stream with Min 1 to 2 Years of Experience
Excellent command over written and verbal English communication.
Very good in Letter Drafting.
Should be intelligent & sincere in work
Should be self motivated and result oriented
Should be initiator and keen learner
Should have pleasing personality
