RESPONSIBILITIES:



- Create and maintain a portfolio of insurance products that meet the current and future needs of ICO’s clients.

- Develop new insurance products in support of specific insurance programs tailored to the unique coverage needs of the program. Coordinate efforts with Company client groups and program administrators.

- Perform detailed coverage reviews of manu policy language for single risk accounts.

- Provide expert analysis and commentary and draft amendatory policy language as necessary.

- Coordinate efforts with client groups and other shared service areas as appropriate.

- Provide technical expertise to internal and external clients regarding insurance coverages policy construction and insurance contract language.

- Manage complex product development projects.

- Gather input from underwriters claims law and draft insurance contract language that considers all inputs. Manage the internal review and sign-off process for new insurance products.

- Participate in the monitoring and review of industry bureau and regulatory changes related to the impact on ICO’s Products.
