AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Conceptualize the design:
Conceptualize and develop designs / presentations along with the Senior Architect or
Design Head.
2. Obtaining approval for the drawings
Ensure that the drawings are up to the quality standard of the company and meet client requirements.
Ensure that the drawings are approved by the Senior Architect / Project Coordinator.
3. Site supervision
Visit site independently to ensure that work is done as per plan and design and internal reporting to the Senior Architect / Project Coordinator.
Help select appropriate materials to ensure it is as per project plan.
Interaction with vendors / PMC / client representatives on site
Participating in site meetings along with Senior Architect / Project Coordinator
Assist the Senior Architect in ensuring that the work at site is as per the drawings / specifications issued.
4. Make regular project related follow-ups
Make regular follow-ups with vendors, consultants and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and collection of information.
Keep the Senior Architect / Project Coordinator informed with the developments of the project work and send him daily / weekly reports.
5. Documentation
Maintain site documentation and design documentation for future reference as per standards.
6. Pricing & Product knowledge
Must acquire and update thorough knowledge of various building norms, material specifications, market costing & basic knowledge of Services (Electrical, Plumbing and
HVAC works).
7. Detailing
Compilation of detailed drawings / specifications / costing along with the Senior Architect
8. Coordination
Interact with service consultants and architecture team for designing and execution of project.
Share their ideas with the designing team to facilitate the execution of project.
Internal coordination with civil engineers, interior designers and 3D designers to streamline the project
9. Communication
Interact regularly with who all involved in project
Keep the Project coordinator abreast with the project developments and send daily / weekly reports to him
