Principal Accountabilities Accountability Supporting Actions New store planning and opening • Technical support to Business Development for identification of sites for New stores. • Civil works and Interiors • Estimation of initial cost and time estimates Project planning • Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines • Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress reports Project Implementation and Monitoring • Locate Contractors. • Ensure adherence to local regulations and legislation • Interface with government bodies to ensure relevant licensing and approvals • Ensure that cost as well as time deadlines are met • Ensuring Quality control • Ensuring maintenance of standards with regards to project implementation. • Checking of Final bills of contractors after completion of works. Coordination with Other Departments • Coordinate with BD department for landlord / External agency’s project works. • Coordinate with SCM Department for equipments & Air Conditioning etc. • Coordination with Marketing department with respect to Branding & Signages. • Handover of store to Operations department. QUALIFICATION Degree/Diploma in civil eng or Architecture/Interiors YEARS OF EXPERIENCE At least 3-4 years experience in projects Management preferably with a retail set -up PREFERRED INDUSTRY Retail
