To understand the requirements & develop drawing and design adhering to the site measurement in coordination with the Design team for the further execution of project.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Site study and planning:
• Plan space effectively for maximum benefits for the client
• Design as per quality standards and client requirements
2. Understand client Requirements:
• Assist the Sr. Interior Designer to understand the client requirements and incorporating it in the design.
• Interact with the Senior Interior Designer to understand the requirement
3. Make drawings and follow-ups:
• Responsible for making working drawings as per quality standards
• Responsible for making follow-ups with vendors, consultants and clients
• Inform the Senior Interior Designer with the progress of the project.
• Responsible for making project progress presentations
4. Site supervision:
• Visit site independently to check the progress of the project and internal reporting to the Senior Architect / Project Coordinator.
• Help select appropriate materials to ensure it is as per project plan.
• Check for snags & ensure optimum quality.
5. Pricing & Product knowledge:
Must acquire and update thorough knowledge of Interior works, Pricing, Estimation & basic knowledge of Services (Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC works).
6. Documentation:
• Maintain documents for future records for information as per standards
• Maintain records of the drawings project wise/client wise.
7. Detailing:
Compilation of detailed drawings / specifications along with the Senior Interior
Designer
8. Communication:
• Interact regularly with who all involved in project.
• Prepare daily/weekly report and submit to Senior Interior Designer
