Project Planning & Management:

Responsible for planning for project activities and managing construction work including Site Measurements Reviewing Designs / Drawings while ensuring compliance to quality assurance including profit and loss encountered during the project.
Participating in Project review Meetings for evaluating project progress.

Cost Planning & Budgeting

Preparing budget for the entire budget. Taking all the necessary cost control budget. Interacting with the Vendors to get the most feasible & economic solution at preconstructional stage.
Performing all the Benifit / Cost analysis and coordinating with sales account technical as well as the purchase department.

Site and Construction Management

Monitoring on site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time @ cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

Business Developement works Interaction with Clients Work Plan and Methodology Client Meetings and coordination Preparation of Concept Project Report Including Data Collection
