The position is within Logicas CLIENT COI support service . The service is a global project management service to CLIENT related to infrastructure and connectivity projects within CLIENT global IT organisation.



A local service team will be set up India project managers for collaborator cases are needed. Typically a PM can have several collaborator cases in parallell the tasks for the cases are:



­ Receiving new case from CLIENT’s collaborator management office (COMO)

­ Gathering requirements (access to which systems needed?).

­ Checking current situation (existing current connection towards N* or connection not existing).

­ Planning based on needs current situation and how they fit to existing solutions (standard solution is it allowed is current connection suitable for the need etc.)

­ Collection of data (parameters for new VPN tunnel details of firewall requests etc)

­ Implementation (firewall request ICM ticket (changes in routing LAN2LAN VPN tunnel changes etc.) opening/establishment of a “new service” (ordering of new distribution of network disc etc.)

­ Testing together with contact person

­ Possible troubleshooting

­ When case ready handover back to COMO.
