Þ Should be technically qualified in knits & have handled knit garments well versed in QA norms and in acceptable levels

Þ Should be well versed with Quality systems like Traffic lite/7.0 systems/SPC systems etc. )

Þ To create independent department to certify the quality of the products internally.
To establish monitor and revise the product quality requirements & operations
To deploy the quality system across the organisation in all production areas

Þ To determine the standard to be adopted by the company and to deploy it effectively by training documentation and other appropriate means.

Þ To effectively co-ordinate and liasion with merchandisers for getting the company’s products and services certified under different applicable standards.
Capable/expertise of leading a team of QC’s/QC Executives and handle pressure/deadlines

Þ Capable to implement latest trends and vision in Quality requirements of buyers

Þ The incumbent will be leading a team of quality assurance people . Will have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage. Strong command over fabric/garment QA must
