1. Quality Checks

2. In process quality checks at each stage of production . Quality aspects of oil leakage, final fitting, final inspection & operations of allied equipments.

3. In-Process Testing

4. Customer Inspection To ensure the quality product (Q.A)

5. Complaint analysis and effective action plan

6. Quality compliance

7. System implementation/Compliance like ISO, BSC , OHSAS and environment report preparation

8. Ensuring the Quality of all incoming materials

9. Calibration/Standardization of all equipments

10. Random Quality Audits

11. Should have knowledge of Systems like ISO 9001:2008, Safety compliances and health and environment report preparation/Audits etc

12. Statutory compliance and consent updations

13. Kaizen /5’S/TPM activity Six Sigma Lean/TPM Practices
