Candidates Profile:
BE / Diploma (Civil) with 6 to 10 years hands on experience in tendering of large scale construction projects like Buildings / Highways / Roads / Water/ Pipeline / Tunnel / Irrigation / Hydropower.
Job Location: Mumbai
Job Description Responsibilities:
* Relevant Experience in Tendering for Buildings / Highways / Roads / Water / Pipeline / Tunnel / Irrigation /Hydropower / type of projects.
* Candidate must be technically sound and possess good knowledge.
* Should be able to study Tender Documents and prepare a Technical & Commercial Synopsis.
* Should be able to prepare Project Estimate (via Costing & Rate Analysis, Quantity Estimation, BUA calculations etc).
* Candidate should possess good knowledge in Computers with good command in Excel.
* Responsible for Rate Analysis, identifying agencies for specialized work, sending enquiries for quotations.
* Attend probed meetings/site visit/market survey.
* Responsible for preparing Preliminary cost Estimation.
* Responsible for preparing Technical documentation Viz
- Bar charts
- Method Statements
- Labour Histogram
- Plant & Machinery, Formwork deployment schedule
- Cash Flow statements
