Job Responsibilities:-

1.Preparation/verification of MPR, monthly/weekly/daily planner.
2.Preparation of Master Bar chart/Schedules. Awareness of Microsoft Project / Primavera
3.Monitoring & revision of MPR, Bar chart & Planner time to time.
4.Preparation/verification of Project cost updation (BOQ vs. WO/PO).
5.Material and labour scheduling/planning.
6.Work Progress analysis.
7.Preparation/verification of BOQ’s/Estimates.
8.Material calculation/estimation.
9.Project cost tracking.
10.Preparation/verification of contractors POs/WOs.
11.Verification & submission of RA Bills.
12.Proper feedback of the works done and the delays in all Division.
13.Day to day interaction regarding materials with the Purchase Department and resources with Technical in charge for all centers.
14.Immediate feed back regarding any quality issues or client complaints and Root cause analysis with the Technical in charge and Quality Department.
15.Cross verification of Work related checklists.
16.Working out execution strategy along with Technical in charge.
17.Timely target completion.
18.Client complaint monitoring and conducting site checking.
19.Comparing "procedures" for Industry Standards Vs Kristal Standards.
20.Total supervision of Customer Cell & CRM.
21.Cross checking the planners from Planning Department.
22.Overall monitoring of all technical departments for its internal coordination.
23.Conceptual Design Development.
24.Review Architectural Drawing.
25.Checking & Sanctioning Drawing.
26.Checking Detailed Working Drawings/ Good for Construction Drawings.
27.Sketching Building Services Drawings.
28.Work allotment for Quality department members
29.Stage wise quality checks
30.Issual of NCR when ever there is quality deviation.
31.Conduct training classes to PM and site engineers
32.Ensuring that all errors indicated at site are effectively corrected
33.Passing of Bills after quality scrutiny



Should be a B.E/B.Tech in Civil with good experience in reputed company.
Only Male candidates need to apply. Fluency in Malayalam will be an added advantage.
