Job Responsibilities: 1) Responsible for full recruitment cycle and selection of new employees(major at junior level/ senior level)by scheduling, conducting and taking interviews till closure of requisitions.
2) Holding Discussions, understandings the requirements in retrospect of the candidates profile.
3) Sourcing the candidates thro various job portals.
4) Joining Formalities, Induction & Orientation
a) Coordinating for joining formalities of new recruits.
b) Conducting presentation about different policies, procedures and systems.
c) Ensuring that the joining formalities of new recruits such as issue of ID cards, leave Cards, PF and ESI account etc are completed on time

Training & Development
a) Conducting Induction Program
b) To maintain training histories of all employees.
c) Training needs identification, Evaluating performance after training.
Employee MIS: -
a) Maintaining employee master data.
b) Preparing Joining, Head count, attrition MIS.
Exit Process and Full & Final Settlements
a) Prepare relieving letter and hand it over to the staff member.
b) Prepare the full & final settlement details and forward it to finance department
