Urgent position of AVP(Global support) - In a multinational NBFC

India Treasury Center is a strategic location//pole of its treasury. This is one of 4 Global Treasury centers and the largest one outside the US. This center has a pan-European responsibility to cover all its businesses across Europe India & middle East. Activities carried out be treasury team in India includes FX Derivatives Cash & Liquidity(including management of Cash pools & non pool funding) Debt Capital Markets(India) bank account administration bank fee verification Strategic Projects IT Projects GDC Management middle Office and Payments Help desk. The Indian Treasury center works very closely with other Treasury poles – Stamford Tokyo & Dublin.
Location of Business: Gurgaon
Functional Designation: Leader – Global Support Team
Key Responsibilities:
Management of Inter-company positions
• Manage Operations Services Production Support customer support for Web Cash (its system for Payments & Electronic Banking) and other Treasury systems
• Monitor systems functions and coordinate problem resolution with banks other service providers and Treasury Systems
• Develop and maintain training materials operations and user documentation and web based support portal
• Rollout setup and train users on Web Cash
• Perform user acceptance testing on new software releases and participate in system installations
• Responsible for System Administration (new user bank and account setup) and data validation
• Lead a team of
* working on new projects
* have to be in constant touch with high stakeholders based out of Europe & Middle -east.
Key Skills:
• The candidate should have at least 4 years of team leading experience
• Overall work experience between four to seven years (post qualification)
• Good customer orientation
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills with fluency in English
• Candidate must have a post graduate qualification (MCA / CA – first attempt /MBA or equivalent from a good B school)
• Preference for:
• Prior experience in Cash Management Banking and/or Production Support
• Engineering Degree
Other Information
• Might be required to work in shifts – the earliest may start at 0600 hours and the latest end at 2300 hours
• No Indian Holidays only key European holidays
