Job involves : 1.Undertake responsibility for overall management of stores activities at Vasai Plant.
2.Executing the processes and procedures for material inward of raw materials and packaging.
3.Ensuring matching of ERP Stock and physical stock of materials.
4.Ensuring FIFO system for raw materials packing consumables etc.
5.Establish efficient security stock control and optimum storage conditions for the companys product lines.
6.Oversee the receipt co-ordination and safety of goods coming through the plants warehouse/stores.
7.Ensure that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the right destinations and in the right quantities.
8.To play hands on role in the managing motivating and directing the plants warehouse/stores workforce.
9.Implement and manage efficient systems to account for all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.
10.Determine the plan for the storage of all inventory products using frequency specifications and replacement calculations to determine fill rate.
