Key Accountabilities :

i) Training and people management in Branches, Operations Zonal team hiring in co-ordination with HR.

ii)Co-Ordination and Complaint Resolution of all operational queries. Avoiding escalations to Zonal Office.

iii) Decision Making in day to day Branch activities

iv) Control, Internal audit and process compliance across all Branches.

v) Customer Service - Internal. Managing High Employee satisfaction in his region. Single point of contact for HO and Zonal Heads

Years of Experience 8 to 10 years

Ideal candidate description:
* CA with 8-10 years of operations experience in industries like Insurance ,telecom, banking or other service industries

** His/her current level should be that of a Manager or Sr Manager.

If he/she is at a Manager level, he must have completed at least 2-3 years in Manager Grade.
