Role/ Responsibilities -
AirCrews Key Filters:
1. Minimum 5 yrs of experience.
2. Customer facing skills and experience A MUST
3. Ability to build functional requirements from interviewing business experts needed.
4. Analytical Skills – Ability to understand and interpret data. Ability to represent data to drive a message.
5. Tech Skills: SQL queries and MS Excel a MUST. Ability to understand on or more of C++/Java/Java needed. Some previous programming experience a PLUS.Ability to lead Requirements gathering sessions (MUST) Functional Specs documentation Process Flows Gap Analysis
6. Tech Skills: SQL is enough. Would need to demonstrate ability to quickly ramp up on the product and business knowledge.
7. Airline Industry exposure a PLUS
8. Soft Skills – Ability to effectively communicate ideas during face-face conversations telephone calls and through written responses a MUST.
Responsibilities:
• Provides product and business area expertise to customer engagements typically for a single product or product suite • On customer engagements works with Product Management counterpart to perform: – Scoping Study – Functional requirements definition – Detailed design – Acceptance/completion criteria definition • On customer engagements is responsible for: – System test / integration test – planning and execution – Facilitating user acceptance test – Training preparation and delivery – Documentation review/delivery – Pilot phase support – Cutover support • For maintenance customers acts as second-level support: – Receives customer service incidents escalated from Product Support Desk – Resolves service incidents working with the customer and the Product Support Desk analyst – If required escalates service incidents to Product Development
