Grade Business Manager
Reports To Shelters CBM and / or CWA Cluster Head
Job Objective To acquire clients for CWA
Work Ex (No of Years) 0-2 years
Professional Background (Preferably) Brokerage House – Sales
Bank/Mutual Fund / Insurance Company – Sales
Academic Background Post Graduate
OR
Graduate with related work experience but with an outstanding track record
Job Responsibilities 1) Procure Database
2) Call prospects
3) Seek appointments – Act only as a “gate keeper” and will only facilitate meetings for CWA FA.
4) Introduces the products and services of CWA
5) Meet a/c opening targets
Service Responsibilities 1) Engage in follow-up with CWA FA till prospect gets converted into a client.
Interpersonal Responsibilities 1) Work as a team with other colleagues
2) Work with mapped CWA FA.
HR Responsibilities N/A

Variable Type Incentive Plan linked to number of accounts opened per month
Salary Package 10-15k + Incentives(for freshers)
